Recieved an offer for c/l/i/c/k/s/.t/v
$200
Domain has been appraised by a well known domainer for $3000.
I countered offer with $4000 and am waiting response.
Would you let go for $200?
Thanks in advance.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Depends on how desperate you are for cash.

It may sell for higher... But you might wait for many years. For me personally combination of "clicks" + "tv" doesn't tell anything, i can't imagine a business wanting this domain. So i would probably sell.

$3000 is fair for end users. May be $200 for resellers

I am not hurting for cash just want to know what others think. I am not really attached to this domain.
It is the only .tv i have.
I would probably trade it before i sold it for 200. But for 200 i could get 1 alright 4l .com. i do like 4l .com's better then .tv's.

The "S" hurts it IMO. In fact, registering a TM of a dictionary word ending in S is not an easy feat.

Maybe you can get them to $1k, then sell.

Another thing i have noticed lately is companies using .tv for commercials.
Probably keeping track of how many customers they are actually getting from commercials. Alot easier to find out if the money they are paying is actually paying off or not, which makes sense.

If i could get them to $1000 i would definitely sell. It is from a personal email.
Wish it was a company email.

Your ask is reasonable, hold until you get what you want. .com minimum offer is $500.

Just had a sale several weeks after refusing buyers opening offer.

I would have countered somewhere between 500-1000. It's kind of a nice domain, but I can't imagine anyone paying 3 or 4k for it, but it's always possible if you're willing to hang onto it long term. I would be pretty happy with anything between 500-1000 for this one.

The S hurts the branding somewhat but one thing I often check for when renewal time comes around is the number of YouTube channels with that keyword - particularly with 20+ videos. There are some YouTube channels with clicks in their title. A$200 offer sounds like an investor though I have had end users start there. If this is your only .TV domain there is no rush to accept a lowball offer. If this is an end user $2500 + might be a good target price.
