Registered in 1993 by Matt Blaze, a professor of computer and information science at the University of Pennsylvania who sits on the board of directors of the Tor Project, the domain has attracted a vast amount of interest as you’d expect given the explosion of crypto in recent years. However, Blaze has turned down all offers...

This is big news. My god...Monaco is gonna get a ton of business from this...maybe not this year but give it 1.5 to 2 years when crypto-cards are more mainstream...they might have just sealed themselves as the most popular brand in that niche.

Great strategic acquisition imho...

Thought the domain wasn't for sale just a few months back. This is a clear case of "when money talks, BS walks"

Switched from mona.co to crypto.com. Powerful move, .com will always be king.
8 figures for sure.

I knew he'd cave eventually. Every one, for every thing, has a price. Ted Dibiase said it best

That's what I say to potential buyers, or something similar.

"The domain is valuable to me, so it's not about the price it's about the best idea."

::poop::
