Sedo will be having a little down time this Saturday so don't freak out, this is planned. The company tweeted: On Saturday, June 30 we will move our servers to a new data center. There will be a system-wide down time on Sedo's website. This will approximately last for 3 hours. We’ll be back online around 6AM EST. More information is in your Sedo account login area. #takeabreak #downtime — … [Read more...]

If it is a problem logging in (constant redirect) then clear your cookies (or delete the sedo cookie) and it will let you login. I had the problem this morning.

Now it works, but auto price suggestion doesn't.

Yeah they are still having problems, costing potential sales too, yesterday parked pages were up but I clicked the buy it now link to make sure that was working and it never resolved, so if someone landed on parked page, they couldn't click through to buy the name.

That still sounds very similar to one of the original issues. I know you said you cleared your cookies - but have you tried a different browser or incognito mode to verify?

On a different note - I have seen that some people say that their traffic and offer view statistics aren't updating. I am actually having the opposite effect myself. As of yesterday I had as many offer views in 2 days as I normally get recent months (across many domains). Weird occurrence that I thought I would mention - though it could be a legitimate uptick in activity..

FYI, if you're using negative keywords to avoid TM issues, check your parking page.

My Sedo login/access issues cleared up after deleting browser cookies. It worked best when I deleted the cookies individually, as opposed to getting rid of them all in one fell swoop. I'm using Chromium v66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on Ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit).

Now, the "Big Data Pricer" isn't accessible, but that's not a huge deal.

If you're using Chrome/Chromium you can try this:

1) Copy and paste this in the URL bar: chrome://net-internals/#dns and press Enter/Go/Return

2) Scroll down or use the 'Find' menu option to locate the sedo.com record and take note of the IP it is showing. I don't know if this will be the same for all but for me this is showing 91.195.240.226 and the site is working for me. It did have some CSS display issues before but I did a couple of forced refreshes (Ctrl/Cmd + F5) and it seemed to solve that.

3) If yours is different, you can try the Clear Host Cache button and see if the info will now update for you by visiting Sedo, and then look to see if the IP is different to before.

Not even sure it will do anything for you but this tends to work on solving DNS resolver issues for myself... most of the time. :xf.smile:

Sedo.co.uk instead Sedo.com? Sedo.co.uk will be the main site?

Don't remember why I used the .co.uk but it was probably suggested when I first started, you can use the .com as well, I just changed them all to the .com and it works the same.

Sedo is STILL unable to process my catalog refresh file submitted June 29. 2 weeks ago they also needed 5 days to process it due to "scheduled maintenance"... BULL. They are incompetent, out of control, and dishonest about what's going on.
