Read a post, in recent thread titled "Lessons from Elite Domain Investors", in which Lesson 3 quotes Monte Cahn, Moniker: "...Look to do creative financing and lease to own deals. We are seeing more and more lease to purchase...using our escrow services...".

Be interested, in knowing, if there are any databases tracking and publishing details on any lease, lease to own and/or licensing, type of deals?

OR

If anyone has experiences with these or other types of "creative financing deals" they'd care to share?
