Hello everyone!
I thought this would be a perfect addition for this beginners area so that beginners can come here and read this and understand why it's important to check for trademark issues before registering a domain. If some of you could please share your stories / experiences with trademarked domains you may of registered, some words of advice or even just let every one know why this is an important topic that would be great. I feel the newer domainers will have more knowledge and not have to get into trouble with trademarks. This also would provide a central place for new users to get this information. If the moderators could maybe even sticky this thread that would great too. Thanks and I hope this helps someone!
