Where are you trying to do this from? China? What provider?

Maybe try using a VPN service or, if you have a VPS in another location, using that to access Enom.

If you'd mentioned that in the first place in January, that would've explained everything from the start. virtually all Market places will ban you for not completing a sale, without a Very, Very strong and acceptable explanation - "IP Issues" just isn't going to wash

I am getting the same message "We are unable to process this transaction because we are currently not accepting orders from this IP."

And this is what they say on website:

A country can not be unblocked. However, an IP address can be. If our system is blocking your IP and you would like your account approved for online payments, please submit a help request to us with information outlined below.
  • Your Login ID.
    • Ensure that all contact information on your account is complete and accurate.
  • A legible copy of the front and back of the credit card you want to use.
    • Block out all but the first 6 and the last 4 of the credit card number
  • The first page of your credit card statement showing your name/address.
    • This must match the information on file for the account.
  • A color copy of the account holder's government issued photo identification.
    • A passport, driver's license or other government-issued document.
    • The document cannot be expired and must match the name on the credit card as well.
  • A static IP, as we will have to authorize you to access our site with that IP address.
Sound a bit excessive. And this is generic regional level blacklist - it doesn't have to do anything with your personal IP. Well, at least they don't ask for a picture with you posing near a Passport.

Support and chat hours are also only USA Pacific Time, which means European users are pretty much out of support. Overall just seems like they are doing everything to draw away potential users, when there is little reason to use them in first place - bad support, constant issues, poor pricing, etc. Not sure why people are still there.
