I like today's matches....

Colombia - Japan (Go Colombia !) ( I hope they will play their usual beautiful fast attacking football)

Poland - Senegal (this is going to be interesting, Poland's defense was a joke against Chile, 2-2 on June 8, but their front line is decent)

Russia - Egypt ( I think Salah will play today. Egypt has conceided several last minute goals. )

Its true, this applies to all teams of Arabic speaking nations. Its in the culture.

Our players tend to take it for granted (we're in the clear). They lose focus.

I think Russia is also the first team to win their first two matches, since 1998? not sure tho, I think I heard it.

On Egypt, you're exactly right.. "Everything collapsed".

World class teams don't just collapse when they concede a goal.

Long way to go for African & Asian teams.

The good thing for the game is, starting 2022, it'll be 48 teams.

So more teams will get the chance to qualify, gain experience etc...
