yes 1socialworld.com It is indexed with Google but site was never finished being built due to lack of manpower to complete this site while building another.

Leasing means you use the name for any site you want to build and you are paying a fee for the right to use the domain name. And Since you would be leasing you don't have to worry about selling once you no longer want to use the name. You would even have an option to buy if you wanted to keep the name.
