Spanish domains are picking up right now.

I was able to grab Hablo dot 0rg (Speak)
Perhaps one of the most recognized Latin words.

When looking for comps, there often are not any in Spanish so one can look at the English equivalent and then factor down the price substantially.

Comps in English though they may not necessarily be end user sales...
