The screenshots below are examples of buyers of domains from the past few months that have either developed their sites or purchased an upgrade domain and have redirected their acquisition to an existing website.

You can read Part-I here if you missed it!

1. TechnologyAdvisors.com site is live and it has reviews about technology companies or it's products.
I have acquired it for around $771 USD on Pheenix.com and it had multiple offers from end users but didn't agree to a price (rejected $5k offer) then auctioned on Flippa to generate some cash for new domains and sold it for $2,280 USD

2.
VapingSupplies.com Redirecting to vaporbeast.com
I have acquired it on Namejet for $500 USD @ 2017-08-30 and sold for $5000 USD within 48 days!
Auctioned on Flippa and bidder1 ended the auction with BIN then bidder2 messaged and offered 7K immediately :(
Before acquiring it, the previous seller acquired it from Godaddy expired auction for $445 then auctioned on Namejet with $500 USD reserve.

3. DispatchSoftware.com redirecting dispatch.me
I had a great and very quick flip with it. Sold for $6000 USD and acquired it for $500 USD

It had an interesting story. Bidder1 agreed to BIN and requested to add BIN button then I have added BIN. Bidder5 won the listing. Bidder5 was watching the listing silently and grabbed it within seconds once BIN was live.

4. VermontProperties.com Redirecting to vtprop.com
Acquired it for 365 USD and sold it for $410 USD and loss of $150 USD on it. Just short of one more end user!

5. SEOStar.com redirecting to comboweb.dk, A web agency focusing on online marketing.
I had nice ROI on this as well.

6. Scream.org Buyer has already hosted a webpage with SSL certificate and eager to see what he is going to with it!
I had nice ROI on this as well.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Congrats. It appears that most of your Flippa auctions going to end users. Do you do any auction upgrades and/or any outbound promotions while domain is auctioning?

Thank you. I preferred to list call to auction domains that has reselling value + end users. Spamming hundreds of companies is useless and contacting well qualified leads worked well for me.

Just Google search and the companies that indexed for keyword search.

First mail is very straight forward and simple one like we have the domain name for sale and auction on Flippa You might be interested in it + auction link.

My team is sending follow up mails to those who opens the mail for more than 3 times

Do u think its better to list a domain on auction, or directly set a BIN

As I am trying here to make my first sale here.

would you please elaborate a little more

1) you do outbound and link to flippa auction page
2) how you you set it up?
which starting price? BIN ?

do you have a sample page?

looks like a stratgegy well worth testing

A couple of the names I sold for very cheap now redirect or are developed to a site

WINLTC.com - Purchased for $6.99 and sold for $88 2 days later

KYVL.net - Purchased for $7.99 Sold at NameJet for $69 a month later, now hosts some crazy website, no idea what it is but it makes my head hurt

FortniteClips.com - Hand reg'd for $6.99 and sold for $510 via outbound less than 2 months later (Texted a social media monster fortnite page on instagram)

Hi,

We have Migrate.org for sale and auction on Flippa.
https://flippa.com/9769720-migrate-org

You might be interested in it.

I have preferred to run no reserve auction since bidders interested to place bid but a bit risky. I believed in domain potential and it has worked for me well!

nice sell can you tell me how can choose to this domain buy any criteria can you explain it then we benefit

Simple logic... Read .. Read .. Read .. more you read about domaining, follow blogs and visit namebio.com daily sales report to see what names sell for what!

May i ask, have you tried other auction platforms with this tactic of contacting end users, like Sedo, Namesilo etc.? Do you think end users find Flippa trastful enough?

Nice names! I especially like SEOStar.com from a brandability perspective.

Can you confirm that you rejected a $5k offer only to sell for $2,280 USD in auction? That must have been very disappointing!

Some nice ROI you have there by the way. Thanks for sharing (y)

I was expecting around 12k and turned down 5k offer after 2 months decided to liquidate and invited him to participate in an auction but he didn't place a bid.

Interestly, new buyer is developed a similar site and he is now competitor!

Few end users refused to place the bids since Flippa has some bad reviews in the past but I was showing my track record and I had a good feedback from buyers so it was helping me to overcome above problem.

Shill bidding is happing in all marketplaces and you can not blame anyone .. I always suggest buyer to place maximum proxy bid what he/she can do..

I didn't try other marketplaces.

How many domains do you have in your portfolio?

Less than 100 domains if you ask about quality domains.

I'm frequently doing experiments with niche or GEO or Keywords so I have now 400 domains(most of the them are hand registered domains)

Nice names! I especially like SEOStar.com from a brandability perspective.

I do like it and similar SEO domains sold for thousands of dollars and it is also an aged domain name!

Hi , those sales are impressive . I have been following you for past 6 months . You have missed some of your sales such as "domaino.com" , "vrio.com , "animaltraining.com" e.t.c . You are an inspiration for me

can you please tell us , how you do outbound after listing your domain names on flippa ?

I mean can you please share the information such as software you use to get mail id's for outbound , promotions you purchase on other websites (for example , i see that you purchase weekly promo on namebio.com during the start and end of your auction)

I used to read blogs and threads about domains over the internet. Nearly i will spend my whole day doing that (8-12 hours per day) . Just before couple of months i got an job and i have no time for domaining . Now I am holding only few domains , i am looking forward to sell it quickly and quit domaining . Even though these info's you are going to provide aren't useful for me , i am sure it will be helpful for many othe domainers here...
