I guess he is safe as it could mean Robots Factory which has nothing to do with the smartphone trademark.

Yes, but is that the reason he registered it? If they plan on selling it like most of us do, who is he/she approaching to buy it? It really limits your end-user base.

so any product domain related to a company in that industry is of no use to that industry...? i am seeing so many domains even at major domain platforms sold with product brand name prefixes and suffixes sold.

appreciate any more feedback..
