“These aren’t people. these are animals”
Let’s dehumanize a whole group of people. Because what could possibly go wrong?
Words matter.

Some interesting reading: http://www.genocidewatch.org/genocide/8stagesofgenocide.html

I’m not saying that’s the intent, but the words of those in power are taken seriously and should be chosen carefully,

The wife of a CNN commentator accidentally exposed the network’s bias in a now-deleted tweet that showed anchors and pundits partying with Stormy Daniel’s lawyer Michael Avenatti.

Juanita Scarlett, who is married to CNN political commentator Errol Louis, posted a photo of Avenatti with Louis, CNN anchor Don Lemon, and CNN commentator Margaret Hoover.

The caption read, “Thrilled to have met @MichaelAvenatti at the Sag Harbor soiree of my second favorite favorite on-air journalist @donlemon @errollous @MargaretHoover.”…

…The soiree was most likely at Lemon’s home since he purchased a place in Sag Harbor a couple of years ago.

I wonder if Hogg-boy was at the party?

Some day CNN will change it's name to Stormy Channel...

He was not specifically talking about gang members. Maybe he was thinking of them when he said that, but that was not the context in which he spoke Not all immigrants are gang members. Not all MS-13 members are immigrants, lots of them now are US citizens.
Cockroaches - interesting choice, since that's what the Rwandan Hutus called the Tutsis to justify genocide.

Words matter.

Having a social life != professional bias. For that matter, 45 used to socialize with the Clintons, Chelsea and Ivanka used to be good friends.

That's a lie, the conversation was specifically about MS-13 gang. AP has issued a correction.

That's your opinion. Mine is that he´s talking about illegal MS-13 gangs and other violent people.
So you're OK with these illegal cucarachas in your country?

Four African countries border Rwanda; Congo, Uganda, Tanzania and Burundi. Why didn't they intervene? The biased Liberal Media ended up blaming Europe and the US for allowing this genocide to happen. Why not blame the neighouring countries?

And while we are on the subject of genocide... why is the Liberal Media so silent about the genocide against the White South African farmers, with the knowledge and approval of the black S. African government and other parties, as well as their Police force?

Calling MS-13 animals is a bridge to far for @enlytend but calling Americans deplorable and irredeemable was fine. One thing about liberals in the forum, they are consistent hypocrites.

I'm actually kind of busy today but figured I would pop in to address some daily nonsense from you guys and still see the struggle with memory or how the search function works here but....

MS-13, I'm fine with handling them, I don't see anybody having an issue with that. Handle all the gangs.

Or calling President Trump a Mother*ucker like Spike Lee did a couple days ago and many others before him like Samuel L. Jackson, Quincy Jones, Robert De Niro, Ice-T, Snoop Dog, Eminem, Bette Midler, etc.

This is also how they justify torture. Another very American practice, that is not going out of fashion. Please remind me, what exactly makes American superior ? Surely not the devotion to democracy and human rights and commitment to moral values.

Please remind me, what exactly makes American superior ?
I don't consider the U.S. superior to any other country, but in our short 241 year history, we have lead the world in capitalism, invention, innovation, education, medicine, human rights, and international defense. You may not agree with the modus operandi of the US when it comes to capitalism, democracy and human rights but we spend more money and sacrifice more human lives, ie. our brave and committed military men and women, defending many other countries than any other country in the world and it makes me proud to be an American! It's OK if you do not like capitalism and/or democracy but it's what the U.S. was founded on, and runs on, and works for most of us, which is why Donald Trump was elected President as too many leftists in our country would like to see Capitalism and Democracy go by the wayside. Life in America is great! Our standard of living is the envy of most other countries, which is why so many try to get here legally and illegally! Like all other countries, we have our issues too, but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else, but that doesn't mean there aren't other great places to live! (Like Portugal, Canada and the U.K. ;))
Semper Fidelis!

NYTimes story, FBI opened a counter intelligence operation against the Trump campaign with Obama's blessing, analyzed.

https://www.nationalreview.com/2018/05/crossfire-hurricane-new-york-times-report-buries-lede/

The scandal is that the FBI, lacking the incriminating evidence needed to justify opening a criminal investigation of the Trump campaign, decided to open a counterintelligence investigation. With the blessing of the Obama White House, they took the powers that enable our government to spy on foreign adversaries and used them to spy on Americans — Americans who just happened to be their political adversaries.

Hacked text messages allegedly sent by Paul Manafort's daughter discuss 'blood money' and killings, and a Ukrainian lawyer wants him to explain

In a series of texts reviewed by Business Insider that appear to have been sent by Andrea to her sister, Jessica, in March 2015, Andrea said their father had "no moral or legal compass."

"Don't fool yourself," Andrea wrote to her sister, according to the texts. "That money we have is blood money."

"You know he has killed people in Ukraine? Knowingly," she continued, according to the reviewed texts. "As a tactic to outrage the world and get focus on Ukraine. Remember when there were all those deaths taking place. A while back. About a year ago. Revolts and what not. Do you know whose strategy that was to cause that, to send those people out and get them slaughtered."
