Upon discovering what I believe to be a good new TLD, I generally go to see if the equivalent .com is available.

For example, i just hand registered; Whiner.News and WhinerNews.com

Let's substitute "whiner" with "breaking." Ok I agree why would someone pay five figures for Breaking.News if BreakingNews.com is available for reg fee? As long as your portfolio is small and the quality is high this might work. However if you get to the point where you have hundreds of these combinations and the new extension renewals are $25-$50 each you will eventually find the strategy to be rather expensive. Perhaps one should ask if Keyword1Keyword2.com is available maybe Keyword1.Keyword2 is not such a great combination.

Thanks Garp....i just picked up Whiner.TV to go with the other two. Renewal for all three together will be around $80, but there are enough whiners in the world for traction action:xf.wink:

Earlier I had reg'd the names, whiner.golf and bagger.golf, but I just got the .com for Bagger.Golf because of Will Smiths affiliation. For just 8.49, what could go wrong:xf.grin: Thanks again.
