It’s amazing how he finds buyers willing to pay so much for these names...congrats to mike mann.

Does it mean something? I mean does "title" have a meaning in the US it's might not have elsewhere? Trying to figure out why it was worth 4k in the first place (aside from the obvious that he thought he would be able to sell it for 30k).

Possibly a Title Company. Real Estate Transactions are usually closed in a Title Company(Escrow).
