I sold a domain, the buyer wants it transferred to GD. The current registrar is PDR Ltd.(PublicDomainRegistry.com)

But then I accidentally cancelled the transfer in my first attempt. The buyer re-initiated the transfer from the receiving registrar (GoDaddy). Then I've got second email from PDR Ltd that my domain is in the process on transferring.

Then the problem occured. There is different between whois from registrar and registry, if I check PDR Ltd whois, the status of the domain is just "OK" until now, not "pendingTransfer" as it should be. To get me more confuse, the status do "pendingTransfer" on Internic whois.

Now it has been 5x24 hours, still no update about the completion of this transfer.
I've contact the Verisign, the .com registry, they said that it's the PDR duty to approve the transfer. But then their support said otherwise, it's GD duty. Now I am confused, what should I do?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
It is currently in pendingTransfer status on InterNIC whois. Likely it is even more up to date than your own PDR's whois.

After being in that status for 5 days, it will transfer, although some registrars do take longer, and some may even release sooner.

Now I am confused, what should I do?
I think just wait. But your registrar should be able to confirm how much longer exactly you have to wait, not the winning registrar.

I've contacted their support (ewallhost.com), but they said it's the gaining registrar duty to approve the transfer and know the status. From how they answered my support ticket, they seems like they didn't care. Maybe you need to train your support more properly @ewallhost

But yeah, I think I need to wait more hours...
