So, what do you think ?
I don't know, i kinda like D o m a i n U n i t e d | dot c o m more than domainsunitedstill, best usage should be "domainsunited.com or uniteddomains.com"
and, since it's not either of those
then, reg fee to maybe $20
Thank you for your appraisal!estibot value $330, maybe i agree with that
https://www.uniteddomains.com/United Internet Group
United Domains, Inc. is a proud part of United Internet Group, alongside other globally trusted brands like 1&1, Fasthosts, mail.com, and Sedo.
Thanks for the comment. English is not my native language, but I kinda like it, it sounds nobly, proudly. Also, BrandUnited.com was sold for 7K. Does BrandUnited make sense for you?Maybe I'm being pedantic, but semantically, I'm not sure this makes sense.
Thanks, i have similar concerns, but i am not so sure. Trademark for uniteddomains states something like this:I see an obvious TM issue as well.
So, if a domainer decide to use this one as a store that sells an aftermarket domain names, that would be a completely different thing. If you make a completely different design, then uniteddomains would not be able to proof any of these statements:Advertising; business management services, .... , services in relation to the administration of domain names, namely, domain name registration services including the reservation, registration, organization, web hosting, forwarding, and allocation thereof; trading of domain rights, namely, licensing of domain names
Not if you sell your domain from another country from unitedomains.regfee + tm issue
The crutial point is so called "bad faith", and i do not see any if you use this as a marketplace. But i can be wrong. Not if you sell your domain from another country from unitedomains.
