Got really frustrated about this kind of magic. I am searching for a way to save on my renewals and the only last thing that comes in my mind is to buy a Godaddy MembershiP Club. Been using them years now and i dont have any against of any of the services. Recently I bought a premium name with them and it took me waiting more than the usual delivery time. And so I contacted the support, in after a few days the name was transferred because maybe I emailed the owner to initiate the transfer since the payment was successfully transferred. Today, I spend few hours with the sales representative to atleast do a little favor to give me a discount code for the membership club, then they have sent me link. My Browser since I am residing here in the UAE, automatically place the promocode and the total amount billed which gives me 100 AED discount approx 28 USD. then decided to go and confirmed the payment. With the magic, the total bill amount was 476 AED or $125 + vat meaning that there was no discount given on me.

I have re-checked with the billing team and team has confirmed that the promotional code was not applied in the USD currency and after changing the currency to AED the prices got changed and I am really sorry team cofnirmed that the order which is palced for the domain discount club cannot be cancelled as it cannot be refunded back.
but you can avail domain discount club for the renewals of the domains
I hope you understand that we do not have the access to manually add the promotional code as it's the system geenrated and I hope it is nothing against me on the representative feedback rating..
I have given a good feedback with him instead, because i knew that this kind of "magic" wasn't with his control. I would appreciate that prior with the payment a confirmation message will pop out saying..NO DISCOUNT, would you like to continue?......$30 is nothing but the time i spend looking for the discount code, time spent with the sales rep. time wasted was just not right. Oh my Godaddy!
