Ok, but whoever you were to sell it to would have a tough time defending a UDRP against it, which would make it a liability purchase, and thus not a Top Domain.

Another f'ing Internet lawyer. TM of a common term does not preclude use in other markets or countries.

Then sell it to one of the 'other market' users of it. I still don't see it as a Top Domain, and thanks for the condescending insult, but no I'm not "Another f'ing Internet lawyer". Just gave you a reason as to why it was probably rejected. geez...

I wouldn't consider either of these two names to be worth $1,000 + liquid value.

1) Mistaking.com isn't my name and is listed as a "top domain". - Kind of my point.

2) I've had multiple offers over 2k for rvision.com. - So much for taste.

Mistaking.com was approved in 2014, and we're in 2018.

• It has now been moved out of Top Domains, since it no longer qualifies 4 years later.

I go through and find more, even with TM's but why should I do your work. I'll move on, you should too.
