So? Really.. who cares? SH isn't a real client, just free advice. The state is trying to argue client / Lawyer privileged doesn't exist if you less than x clients.

That's taking away someone else's freedom, not protecting yours. I've never heard of anyone being "forced to celebrate gay sex" in order to keep their job.

If for example you're a government employee in a state where gay marriage is legal and your job is to issue marriage licenses but you refuse to give someone a license because you personally don't like it, that's not doing your job. If you discriminate against someone for housing or employment because they're gay, that's illegal discrimination. Don't have to "celebrate" anything - just do your job, obey the law and treat people fairly.

Your personal opinions don't supersede the law - that's why we have laws. And taxes and insurance work by having a large pool of people paying for lots of things they may not personally want or need.

Now tell me how my 13 year old daughter should be allowed to have an abortion or a prescription for birth-control without my permission because a politician and the company selling abortions thinks it's a good idea.
