This thread is a central location to report domain name sales of any dollar amount.

As much information as you can include about the transaction is welcome, but at a bare minimum please include the domain name(s), the sale price, and whether you were the seller.

Good luck with your sales!

Please use the Like and Thank links on a post to indicate that you like it or are thankful for it being shared.

Do not post only, "great sale" or similar as this doesn't contribute to the thread. (Don't reply for the sole purpose of complimenting.)
  • Tip: Use the Like/Thanks feature instead.

Questions are allowed, but do not post commentary. If you want to discuss or comment on a sale in this thread, quote it and then post it in the following thread instead:

Just sold MasterDynamic.de ($2,600, via Sedo) and a pair of their MW60 headphones.

How did you know this wasn't a copyright infringement?

We register hundreds, sometimes thousands of domains at any given time - and opt for 2-word generic domains 90% of the time. Sometimes a few can slip through the cracks and be TM's as we don't have time to check filings for every single 2-word term. We never have ads on our .DE / .CO.UK sales pages and we do not outreach to companies to sell these types - buyers come to us. Only 1-2 times each year, a company asks us to hand over a name - which is low considering I have over 16k domains under MGMT.

Recent sales:

DroneSet.com - $888
Afternic

Monedero.com - $3,001 (great deal for the buyer)
Flippa

Please will like to know, did you go for Flippa premium or got ads elsewhere to it?
Thanks @Josh R

I very rarely report my sales but i'm doing this one to thank @JudgeMind (without his knowledge) for another solid sale, having brokered financingsolutions com for $2500. Paid around $500 for it last year so solid ROI doing a no reserve auction.

Was hoping for a BIN from an end user which didn't happen but again great ROI and fair reseller price as i'm sure it was a domainer that snapped it up. A name I really liked, gets type in traffic and at one point a big BIN was initiated on escrow before the buyer backed out. However, we're not going to build this out so we've moved it along and again very grateful for @JudgeMind and his promotion. We've used him multiple times as broker and he's overall got us great ROI on the names we've listed with him.

Would happily use again and hope to do so in due course.

@joro001 - On the $2,500 sale, did Flippa get 15% and @JudgeMind get 15% leaving you with only 70% of the proceeds?

No that was not the arrangement, not going into exact splits but I got a higher % than that net.
