I was looking at Christmas domain name sales when I struck upon this sale of TheNightBeforeChristmas.com at $2,600 in 2007 just 12 days before Christmas.
I mean who would buy such a long name for $2,600. There are so many better names that could be bought for that price.
Was domaining in 2006 totally different and focused on long keywords or this person is insane to have bought it at that price?
Someone who has been in the industry for a long time, share your experience perhaps?
