Afternic not paying?

2 weeks ago my domain has been sold in afternic
but afternic has not paid me yet
What happened ?

I think if you read all the T&C's you'll see their are two parts to the sales confirmation, transfer and payment, these are 20 + (7 days, variable) so yes expect around 28 days

yes just go ahead and re-read the T&C's again, I just happened to be reading them last night as a new member. It is a bit confusing I admit when they only highlight the 7/8 day processing time but not the 20 day standard wait

I've sent a message to them
they say will pay 8-13 days
but in fact until now I have not received payment
so a bit confusing

The T&C payment terms aren't that long a read, just spend 10 minutes rereading them. I came to the conclusion/understanding that I would be waiting up to 28 days even through paypal

- Sometimes it depends in which country you are located in
- Sometimes it can be just a procedural tasks that take a bit more than usual
- Also there's a new payment processor on the back-end.. in my case, very recently there was a glitch issue that the staff fixed

Did the end buyer get the domain yet? You have to be patient, just send support an email, and wait for a reply.

Just be calm, I have sold many domains through Afternic and have never been stiffed. Some are quick, others take longer but the money always appears.
