What did you do when you were waiting for your first sale?

We all would have started from somewhere. From buying one domain and sitting on it to turn into gold or buying few of them and flipping or assisting somebody in domaining where you get some salary and insights on domaining. Even though we started from different paths/ways of domaining, we all would have had that long wait before our first sale. A wait which would have made some giveup and find some other means of earning or living, but some would have sustained it to continue with the odds of it....
