Please I would like to know sites where I can list my domains for free.
Your help will be appreciated.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
You can listed on:

Sedo.com
Afternic.com
Flippa.com (classifieds)
Undeveloped.com

But what does classifieds mean?
I tried listing on flippa but was requested to pay $9 for basic listing.

@Akpan Victor

Greetings,

Basically you need to create an account at Flippa.com then in the account dashboard you will see an area called domain portfolio. You can add the domains to your classified portfolio for free. Good luck and all the best. :xf.wink:

Everywhere possible. Maximum exposure.
But majorly,

Sedo.com
Afternic.com/Godaddy
Flippa.com
Undeveloped.com

Also remember that some registries also have their own marketplace e.g. Namesilo, Namecheap.

If you have few domains (up to 10), you can list them for free on my personal marketplace ( https://namecape.came ). Right now I'm running some ads, you might benefit.

Isn't it a dollar per name now?

Hmm not sure about that... I haven't been charged for portfolio listings..not sure if they maybe apply a $1 charge to new accounts perhaps.

I was going to go onto their site and screen grab the pricing but the site doesn't run property on my phone. I'm almost certain it's a buck a name now.

Totally baffles me really. It's almost as though they don't want to be successful any more.

Anyway, the other places you said would be the best for the OP I think along with GoDaddy.

Very strange indeed... would be baffling if they are actually doing that...they are an odd bunch though so who knows...lol

You can list your domains here at no cost to you (well you have paypal fees, unless you want to just accept a crypto currency for lower fees.) and best part namepros doesn't even charge when they sell so no commission!. Most, of the high figure domain sales happen here anyways.

It's a strange UX, but you are still able to list domains for free.

You have to navigate to your own user dashboard > domain portfolio > and finally click "add more domains".

Through this path, you can circumvent the $1 fee.

Thanks for the tip. Might save some users some money.

Happy to help - it confused me a short while ago, too. I started noting the associated $1 fee just a couple months ago.

I concur. It was confusing to read that others were being charged that fee. I must have lucked out the day I added mine to Flippa by selecting the tabs you mentioned to follow.

If it wasn't free, I would not have listed them. Their UI does need some tweaking imo.

Interesting to hear from a few others who have encountered this. I suspect the majority of individuals are lured into paying that fee.

I wonder if it's unintended as a workaround? Maybe we're meant to be paying that fee. Or, is there something additionally offered for those who pay?

I find quite a few sites that use questionable tactics to overcharge customers yet still make it look legit. All the while knowing there is/was a workaround that some customers could stumble on and save. There's always the chance they hadn't finished updating to apply the $1 fee.

I try to remember to check coupon sites on the off chance there may be some savings available. Especially with domains for there initial reg or renewal fees. GoDaddy frequently does. Maybe there is a post on NP that has a running list of ways to save? Haven't checked to see yet.

Sorry Akpan Victor. Doesn't really answer your question but I hope the info might help you in the future.

Top quality domain sells itself in any market or without market.

Though I found Afternic is useful because end users can find domains from many places.

Apart from the ones mentioned already try Lysted.com, it's free and seems they promote your domains on twitter.
Try using promo code FREELISTINGFORSURVEY on Flippa. Don't know if it still works.
