I look forward to picking your mind about this.

Payoneer Escrow and Escrow are well known but not really a PayPal alternative; have you actually found any?

Share your favourite PayPal alternative(s) and tell us why.

Thanks Pros

Could just collect crypto or credit card payments.

I suspect in a few short years we'll look back at this and laugh. Smart contracts and blockchain might well put companies like escrow.com and Payoneer Escrow out of business, or at the very least least curtail their usefulness.

escrow.com is already out... even without blockchain.

I think your looking to make secure transaction where they can't charge back.
If you were using Godaddy auctions and they paid Godaddy and Godaddy pays you with Paypal you might achieve what your looking for and still use Paypal.
Godaddy takes their commission but you can still use Paypal. I know most want all the money but an idea.

How about using Payoneer billing service?

Why no one is mentioning about Payoneer billing service usage to transfer domain?

One can request a payment via billing service with an invoice attached with the item : Advance payment for domain transfer. Buyer will get email to pay for the requested amount and buyer simply pays.

I think this can be one of the good alternative of Paypal.

Also we can request payment in multiple currencies, ex : USD, EUR, GBP.

Please check :
1. https://blog.payoneer.com/how-to/get-paid/new-bill-clients-directly-from-payoneer/
2. https://blog.payoneer.com/how-to/get-paid/3-ways-global-customers-can-pay-directly/

Has anyone experience billing service for any type of service? Will be great to share it.

I have another great option to mention :

TRANSFERWISE (Cheapest and most reliable of all)

I have been using it since years and found below highlights :
- Approx 1% fees
- Multiple options to pay (Bank, card, etc)
- Payment within 2 hours for EUR, GBP and 1-2 days for USD, AUD and other currencies
- Ease of use (Mobile app, Website)
- Request payment feature
- Good conversion rate
- Good support
- Transparent
- Trustworthy

and lot more.

That is a good option. Only problem is it doesnot allow to send money with PayPal. Most domains buyers like to pay through PayPal

Just understand that the protection of escrow is not part of the Payoneer Billing Services. Thanks,

Brandon

Surprised no one has mentioned Zelle, or maybe because it is relatively new.

I have done a few deals with it, no problems. Instant transfer of funds if both parties have a US bank account. I think it is a great PayPal alternative if it is not an option.

And of course there is Crypto, Escrow, Direct wire transfer, etc.
