I had the same issue. Payed and domains not received. Contacted chat support and they issued me credit and I had to go to my domain central to register the same domains again. It worked and I got all domains.

yea they screwed me good

I snagged 1 and it worked fine... then I tried another and didn't even buy it and got charged $7.49 (it was a gibberish name I was testing for pricing.) Beware.

The way they conduct these promos is a joke. Seriously flawed.

I'm on chat support now about it. Probably will get nothing back lol.

I could have reg'd the name at Namesilo for less than the error added to my charges. Lesson learned.

The promo is over again But whatever, I still didn't make the list for such cases, so I would have registered many stupid names anyway.

yes it is.
when you do things in large amounts like you.. I am sure they look at you bit better.. like a high roller client but that's how it is on all registrars.. and in life in general!

I am nto sure if they'd do this for everyone via chat.

etiher way, at least you giving them those lists time and again proves these promos are not some sort of a systme glitch lol

I regged 12 dotcoms, but had to spend 20 minutes with support chat to figure out that two separate accounts were created when I registered batches of 6 domains (despite being logged in). The second account had the same e-mail address, so it seems that domain.com didn't feel the need to send me activation link or whatever, and I had no credentials to log in. Worked it out with support, though.

It's over. But i'm very happy to know that some of you got hundreds of names
