Looking to buy websites that make $500/month profit minimum. I'll pay roughly 5-10x monthly profit, depending on the consistency and potential (ie. not looking for a site that made $X in 1 month because of FB ads, except if you can prove that this will happen over and over again).
No forums. Ideally getting organic traffic but I'm open to other sources, as long as they are verifiable and consistent.
Budget $5-15k.
