The registry wants to make money, register anything you want as they are not in the business of helping you make good choices, or copyright protection or censoring your choices. DroidAmigo? No issue there I see, nor Droid in fact plenty of abandoned trademarks using that in combo with other words. Who is telling you that it is copyrighted? I don’t know why that is an issue, Baidu however is a wellknown company.

You are unlikely to breach any copyrights without copying something which is copyrighted on another website.

Domains are usually subject to trademark, not copyright protection, except for exclusionary cases where they fall under the copyright protection indirectly.
