As the title suggests what %age are you paying as tax if you won a domain on godaddy aftermarket?
Mine is 18%

25% tax

Won auction for $30, paid 48$ with taxes and renewal. When I've made changes to my contact details they lock domain for 6 months (3+3).

I feel safe.

Im not sure but its alot.

I recently bought a $10 closeout and with renewal and taxes it was closer to $35

I don't know if this helps. But my GD Cookies got all screwed up. So I deleted them all. And went to auctions.godaddy.com, and got to the US website. And everything worked fine. Eventually they found me again due to my IP Address, and started sending me to the local country godaddy website again. But the problems I was having (which wasn't about GST) got resolved. Give it a try.

So your country doesn't have gst on internet services?

I don't really know. But when I go online shopping locally, I don't recall seeing any taxes.. So maybe not :)

Well there is good and bad stuff going on here. Most of it for the better, I would say :) Adding online taxes, if they don't already exist, would be a bad thing :)

If you have a company within the European Union you give Godaddy your tax number and then it's 0%.
