discuss PayPal transfer to bank account in India delayed

Used to be like this with all PayPals everywhere but nowadays a withdrawal from your US PayPal lands in your US bank account within one business day.

Perhaps PayPal India is still on the 3-5 business day schedule. Plus consider that Saturdays and Sundays are not business days including in India.

November 3rd being a Friday, I would not expect a deposit to be deposited in a Indian based bank by Monday, that seems very quick, probably within next 48 hours.

In October, the October 1 payment money was credited to indian bank account by October 3, 2017, in November 2017 , there is a lot of delay in transfer of funds to indian bank account. Usually the amount is credited in the morning by 9 am on Tuesday, however this month the payment is delayed

Maybe ask paypal directly, not much can be done here.

I don't know if it even matters, because in the US Sat/Sun never count as business days for purpose of transfers, but wasn't Sat Nov 4 a holiday in India, Guru Nanak Jayanti.

I received the payment, however some paypal account holders are claiming that they are getting cheques, does anyone have any information about the cheque payment.

You’re not really giving us much info here. If you request an ACH transfer withdrawal you get an ACH. If you request a withdrawal via check, you receive a check.

You’re apparently referring to some kind of auto sweep and however that works in India is the way it should work always. In the US, when we used to have auto sweep, it was always via ACH.

There appears to be a delay in December 2017 also, payment received on November 28, 2017, has not been credited to the indian bank account till December 4, 2017, despite autosweep of the funds. Paypal is offering a low exchange rate, yet the payment is delayed

In February 2018, the Paypal withdrawal is still showing as pending
