Agree. I have no idea of the possible value, but is above regfee anyway.

I misunderstood your post. I agree, its above reg fee.

Why would anyone want fast surgery? If I'm going to have surgery I want it done properly, not fast.

I'm struggling to see where the value is.

@kite26 I'm curious to know what you think it can be used for? Nanobot related at a push? Even then I still wouldn't want nanobots to work fast, I'd want them to work properly.

@Dave I had to my mind something like this.

I'm struggling to see where the value is.

Other surgery domains sold for so much that there must be someone interested in this one. But when I say "above regfee", it could be $20, it could be millions. I just can't figure out, precisely, how it can be used. So yeah, I agree with you, but I think it is worth $20 minimum.

Ok, I'll try to make a real appraisal. Focusing on the keyword "fast", we can see that the median price of past year sales of domains starting with "fast" is $249. Median price for domains ending with "surgery" is $283. Considering that the two words don't do very well together, but that overall it is a nice name, I'd say it can sell between $100 and $200 by auction.

In my mind surgeries have plenty of money, and thus might pay a good price for a good domain name (not always of course). So if they are looking for a good name say 4 figures +, for them to buy your name it would have to be 4 figures or more. But I don't think yours is really in that price range, so the potential value of your domain is too low for the market it's trying to be sold in.
If that makes sense.

Of the possible "speed" keywords for this industry, I think you have the better one. ie FastSurgery is better than Quick or Speedy etc.

All that said, I have no frikking clue with this one because someone might see a potential market ploy for it, or not because like we've stated there's an element of concern in the thought of fast surgery.

Another approach is to perhaps throw an info/advice site up about "FASTING" before surgery, what sorts of surgery require fasting, how it works, how long to fast for, what is the definition of fasting (ie can one drink protien drinks etc), why it's important. Armed with a half decent site full of advice, someone might buy the package, or you might get traffic and make a bit from ads.

Maybe a tree surgeon use would like 'fast'

Good thinking, or with the line of "emergency surgery".

At the moment I see this as a hard sale, not high value, but it's also one of those that if I saw it on a sold list like DN Journal for $4k, I wouldn't be surprised.

Wow it seems to have many possibilities to work well with this name. Very smart idea. I will try to approach some tree surgeons and see.
