First of all I'm so sorry if I post this question in the wrong section but I don't know where I have to post it

I have question for you guys I'm new to this and I don't know how to check and see if the domain name get TM
but I used online service to check the domain for me so this is the question let's take
bcim.net an example
when I check bcim.net it said no trademark found but when I check bcim there is many TM found
can you please tell me how to check TM and if this domain name got TM or no

Few domain names have trademarks per se, what is before the dot is what matters. Always search for the phrase before the dot - I use an app called Trademark247 mostly, but if I want to do a more thorough search I check WIPO for international marks, I think Trademark247 is US only.

You Don't have to check TM, you should register the domain name, and then time will tell you if the domain has TM.
Even with TM you still have chances to make money out of the domain. A lot of end users don't want to waste money and time filing a UDRP against your domain. And if the lose the UDRP your domain instantly get More Value, so you can sell to them for even more money! Basicly, domains are the worst nightmare for companies, brand and TM owners...

These trademark databases like "Trademark247" or "TESS" are nice tools, but they are not a "holy books".
Trademark infringement is a mixed question of fact and law and its more dynamic than just checking the databases.
These TM databases... Its just like looking at the sky to determine if it will rain tomorrow.
