A second U.S. judge on Tuesday blocked President Donald Trump’s decision to end a program that protects immigrants brought to the United States illegally as children from deportation.

U.S. District Judge Nicholas Garaufis in Brooklyn ruled that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, cannot end in March as planned, a victory for state attorneys general and immigrants who sued the Republican administration.

Pakistanis, Bangladeshis

They gotta get in by plane? At least to Turkey, I dont think they cross afghanistan or Iran, right? And overstay their visas. Or do they ride buses between borders, thats a haul, I don’t get that route.

I get the idea from any African country seems easy enough, just buses between country to country north I guess then smuggled across the Med.

I have never had a chinese homeless or beggar come up to me anywhere. I have never ever seen them, many other nationalities though. They are entrepreneurs all right, admire that part. I just find it frustrating though with low quality stuff when Forks and spoon rust, and capacitors catch fire in their DVD $75.00 cheap goods. I’ve been stuck with so many broken items, outside the US we get the class D quality unfortunately. The stuff that walmart rejects I guess. I waited a few years for LED bulbs. So until a few months ago thinking they would get all the circuitry figured out finally when I found some UL approved LED light bulbs. So some working now like 2 months, but Last night I had one overheated and another it was an out of box failure. $6. Each too. Incandescents never were a fire hazard.

I think the Chinese migration and capitalism within Africa might boost their local economies, hopefully.

I don’t see them all really integrating, they just keep to themselves and work hard.

I hate to sound too crass, but I wish that the Fed’s would legalize everything, no more mandatory going to get prescriptions at Dr.’s offices for maintenance check ups for minor stuff like in Spain. Walk in, pay, walk out. Until the US stuck their nose into other countries business, you could buy over the counter vicodin with no Rx. Not since about 2010 though. 1/2 price for too for name brands.

Legalize it all, tax it like alcohol and tobacco for illegal classes, heroin, speed, benzodizapines, let anybody take what they want and eventually natural selection will kill off all the people that want to abuse them, offer methadone for those that want it, it completely removes profit motive, gangs, guns, trafficing, allows taxes to be raised, etc. Let mexico grow and export it, and tarrifs on import tax it that creates a agriculture economy south of the border and jobs.

Marijuana will eventually go that way. But Never will happen with other illegal drugs as the big pharma, hospitals, insurance and Doctors lobbyists want control and charge for it. It’s always been a legal cartel.

I wonder how many people in Colorado have been in car accidents for being stoned so far? And under influence tickets?

3rd generation lawyer.

Lisa adds, “I joke that we have a pro-nepotism policy at The Bloom Firm. For us, it works. We confront challenges directly, talk out our differences, and celebrate the good times. I am so honored and lucky to be able to work with family members I love.” The lawyer’s husband Braden Pollock also works at the Bloom Firm, running the business division, an arrangement Lisa calls “beautiful” due to their separately-defined roles and lively dinner conversation.

"Working in Sarah’s favor is the fact that she spent two years at a Denver-based law firm, where she represented Syrian refugees and a domestic violence victim"

Tame Parsley @ParsleyTame

He literally used his real name. A middle schooler could've identified the person behind it.

Dick Nixon @DickNixonLives
Replying to @Reuters
His real name was in the channel.

Juston Thompson @JUSTONTHOMPSON

This one didn’t need Sherlock Holmes on the case. Nice job @FBI

Douglass Price @douglass_price

Too busy paying for a fake dossier and trying to over throw a duly elected President.

Lots more colorful comments here:

FBI Was Warned About A ‘Nikolas Cruz’ Who Wanted To Be A ‘Professional School Shooter’ In September
The FBI was notified about a ‘Nikolas Cruz’ who wanted to be a ‘professional school shooter’ back in September, according to reports.

BuzzFeed reports that a YouTube user named Ben Bennight tipped off the FBI about a comment left by a “Nikolas Cruz” on one of his videos that read, “I’m going to be a professional school shooter.”

Bennight immediately contacted the FBI and spoke with agents the following day. “They came to my office the next morning and asked me if I knew anything about the person. I didn’t. They took a copy of the screenshot and that was the last I heard from them,” he told BuzzFeed.

In the aftermath of the shooting, the FBI contacted Bennight again.

30 minutes after Cruz was taken into custody, an FBI agent allegedly left this voicemail on Bennight’s phone:

“I think we spoke with you in the past about a complaint that you made about someone making a comment on your YouTube channel. I just wanted to follow up with you on that and ask you a question with something that’s come up, if you wouldn’t mind giving me a ring.”

Bennight posted a video (below) about the experience Wednesday night.
