Just for fun and see what would happen, I appraised few of my domains via "domainindex" that I sold in the past and here are the results;
Altoz.com 486$ (sold for 13,000$)
Coreon.com 000$ (sold for 27,000)
CostaricaVip.com 930$ (sold for 5,000)

So frankly, these so called "appraiser" are useless jokes. Just BBS

I don't get the point of the thread. (wrong section BTW)
If you had $xx,xxx sales in the past, than you should be smart enough to not be impressed with the result you got.

You really think that I was impressed? Impressed hardly, shocked yes.
Just trying to figured out how GOOD are these so called automatic appraisers that's all.
I am glad I did... ;) Nice test.

its only been said 5454665465 times before that all appraisal tools are not even worth the water to flush them.

I didn't know that. As I am preparing my domains for sell and trying to use all the "tools" , I stumble on that one. Will not bother with others anymore. Now I know!

Yes, because the results you got made you post them here. (if this was the real motivation)
In any case, you should not be "shocked" at all.

Has anyone ever come across a decent online appraisal app? Most use the exact same methodology and obviously do not take into account the trending qualities.

There is no such thing! There are no specific metrics to evaluate the domain

You had some very nice sales there, i would have struggled to probably sell these for $100. But im no good at end user sales

I know exactly how you feel. When I see some of the domains that sold or people offering for big bucks, I can't believe it either :)
The key is to find the "right end user" who has the same taste and vision.
That's what is it all about.
