Hey guys,

My new book is *almost* ready for the spotlight!

However, I do want it to go through at least another round of editing and in the meantime, some feedback/opinions from you guys would be nice.

If you'd like a free copy, post in this thread or PM me.

Just one "rule" though: your English needs to be very, very good. If you're a native English speaker, you definitely qualify and even if you're not, I don't care as long as your English is really good. I mean come on, I've written two 400+-page books *in English* without being a native English speaker, so... yeah :D

It's basically a book that puts a balanced perspective to (financial) preparedness on the table. If you're concerned about the next financial crisis, about a currency crisis or anything else of that nature, I think you'll find the book an interesting read.

It's 420 pages long (the 6x9 print version; that one isn't ready yet, just the digital one for now), so it's not exactly a quick read. However, if you like my conversational writing style (if you read my DomainingTips articles, you're probably accustomed to it), you'll most likely enjoy reading my book as well.

Again: if you'd like a free copy, post in this thread or PM me and I'll gladly hook you up with one :)

I'm interested. Thank you for taking the effort to write it. 420 pages IS a lot :O

I would love to but I feel like this will only add up to the long list of books I need to read.
Anyway whats the time limit?
I would love to help.

Thanks a lot for the support!

After writing two 400+-page books (Wealth Management 2.0 and my new one), I sometimes joke that if people buy but don't read them, they can at least use 'em to work out their biceps :xf.cool:

No time limit whatsoever.

For example, maybe you can start by reading 20-30 pages and then get back to me with preliminary feedback about my writing style and stuff like that.

@dnbknowledge,

This whole process of a book review can be optimized if the book is being broken in sections corresponding to the number of anticipated proof-readers performing the work of reading and reviewing sequentially. So, if you expect the number of critics be around 20, then divide the number of pages preliminary by 20, so that the first reviewer can go through the first 20 pages, with the next picking up pace from there and onwards for another 20 pages. This way, while all of the readers will be expected to read the book in its totality (in order to comprehend the content fully), they will only be tasked with a limited task while you'd be getting very detailed reports on each section.

Explanation: to be able to have adequate understanding it's only necessary to read the book from the beginning up to the end of a section one is tasked with reading. However, reading it from cover-to-cover might shed additional light on the preceding portions of a book.
