There's something called the Chain of Command. It's strictly enforced for lots of good reasons.

Wasn't the Presidents Job to call operator in HI.

Name one other president in recent history who WOULDNT have taken ownership of the situation and dropped everything he was doing to make sure the public (including leaders of other countries, who might have thought this was cover for an attack BY the USA) was informed.

Because that's his damned job.

Stop being an apologist. If he was on his own show he would have fired himself months ago.

Toronto schoolgirl hijab attack condemned by Trudeau never happened, police say...
An alleged scissor attack targeting a hijab-wearing Toronto schoolgirl that drew condemnation from Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau never happened, police revealed Monday.

Khawlah Noman, 11, reported to police on Friday that she was heading to the Pauline Johnson Junior Public School when she was approached from behind by a man who pulled off the hood of her jacket and then cut her hijab with a pair of scissors before fleeing.

“After a detailed investigation, police have determined that the events described in the original news release did not happen,” Toronto Police said in a statement. “The investigation is concluded.”

Justin Trudeau @JustinTrudeau

My heart goes out to Khawlah Noman following this morning’s cowardly attack on her in Toronto. Canada is an open and welcoming country, and incidents like this cannot be tolerated.

So Trudeau is siding with an 11 year old liar, before the truth is known. The liberal way.

Congrats everyone, It's MLK day and we have a deeply racist conman in the Oval Office. Most of his supporters need to stop lying to themselves, his racism is one of the main reasons you support him.

Tweeting important stuff today

Senator Dicky Durbin totally misrepresented what was said at the DACA meeting. Deals can’t get made when there is no trust! Durbin blew DACA and is hurting our Military.

Our racist President, continually having to deny he's racist reminded me of this video I posted in the other thread.

I'm not racist, I like Oprah.
I'm not racist, I had my African American at one of my rallies.

Trump is like that racist person you see getting interviewed on TV. I'm not racist, I work with a black person. Or my neighbor is black, I'm not racist.

Did they say Haiti wasn't a sh*t hole? What did they have to say about Barack Obama calling Prime Minster of Israel a chicken sh*t?

If it weren't for double standards, Democrats would have none.

Trump is racist. You have an abundance of evidence. Doesn't mean he won't work with black people or stuff like that. But his views are out there. Sorry. This goes way back to the time of putting the letter C for colored for his housing discrimination.

"If someone, even a friend, uses an ugly word referring to another's race or religion, let's make it clear we won't put up with it. Racial, ethnic or religious slurs are vulgar and mean spirited and there is no place for them in a democratic and free America.
The future of this great country is certainly in your hands. Your leadership and moral standards will determine if the USA continues to serve as a beacon of hope and opportunity to all mankind."

( Pres. Ronald Reagan, speaking on Martin Luther King 's birthday, 1987)

Face it, democrats don't care if your racist, as long as you have money and are willing to share it with democrats.

"Why did NBC give him a show for a decade on TV? Why did Chuck Schumer and all of his colleagues come and beg Donald Trump for money?" ~SHS

Aside from that being a faulty argument to begin with (what one person or group of people does doesn't excuse bad behavior in another), that phrase was taken way out of context. Do some research. She was talking about gangs and drug cartels - specifically about about kids that were a part of these gangs, but didn't single out African American or any other ethnic group in that speech. Full quote:

"But we also have to have an organized effort against gangs. Just as in a previous generation we had an organized effort against the mob. We need to take these people on. They are often connected to big drug cartels, they are not just gangs of kids anymore. They are often the kinds of kids that are called superpredators — no conscience, no empathy. We can talk about why they ended up that way, but first, we have to bring them to heel."

"Super predators", "Bring them to heel" are dog whistles for racist. I can go look up a bunch of other racist shit democrats like Joe Biden have said but I think I've mad my point. You're a racist because you've voted for a racist.

Like my Mom used to tell me, when you're pointing a finger at others, there are three more pointing back at you.

And what was it ?

Comments were in the context of the visa lottery which they want to do away with, moving to a merit based system.

Better question, why would Senator Durbin, a man with a history of being dishonest, repeat what was said at a private meeting in such a way as to make a getting deal on immigration harder?

Armed Federal Agents Seize 'Massive Store' Of Rebuilding Materials Kept From Puerto Rico's Hurricane Victims

Months after Hurricane Maria ravaged Puerto Rico, nearly half the island's residents are still without power. Despite the Federal Emergency Management Agency sending hundreds of workers to the area to help restore the electrical grid, they've been at a loss as to where critical construction items, shipped to the island as part of the recovery effort, have gone.

Now, armed federal agents are reportedly taking the situation into their own hands. Over the weekend, FEMA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers began raiding warehouses, where the Puerto Rican Electric Power Authority has been "hoarding" these "critical materials" out of reach of aide workers.
