namepros.com/threads/register-or-transfer-net-domain-5-99-yr-plus-free-cloud-site-builder.1036383/

I want to close the domain name privacy now. But it's been a week. No one responded to my request. I used to look for them on twitter, and they didn't reply.

Does anyone know about them?

Thank you

My English is not very good and I don't know much about community rules. If there is any mistake, please tell me to correct it. Thank you:xf.smile:

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Never heard of them, but that sucks. If they use a different email you can't exactly transfer the name out either..lol. Do they give you the option to move a domain from one account to another? Maybe then you could create a new account, move it there, and then transfer it out. But - sounds like they are a small company probably using WHMCS with one of their supported registrars behind it... Good luck hopefully you hear something from them. Did you do a whois lookup and try contacting them through that email?

They're freenom dealers. I tried to contact freenom. But there was no reply.

But in the past 10 days, I still haven't received any reply.

I've tried all of their contact information.

Hello,

Due to recent modifications in an upstream API, we are currently unable to make modifications to the Domain Privacy programmatically.

We have manually submitted your request and are awaiting confirmation. We are aware of the inconvenient nature of this change and are investigating a long-term solution. In the meantime, we always forward any email communications received to the account's primary email address.

If you need us to reforward any mails from the past 7 days, we can always oblige. As soon as we have the confirmation, we will update.

Again, apologies for this issue, as it is never our intention to cause inconvenience to you as a domain owner.

I understand your difficulty. But you should have told me, but it's ten days now and I still haven't got your answer. You can check my support request.

Now I've looked at my domain name and still haven't changed.

Glad to see they responded here and hopefully your situation will get resolved now @hicapo! I agree though, they should have at least responded to your initial inquiries with an update rather than having to come them out here on NamePros...

@FPForum

Thank you for your help. I understand their difficulties. I think they should tell me.
Instead of not replying to any of my requests. I think my request is reasonable. Thank you very much for your help!:xf.smile:

@DomainBoxio

Hello, if you say that the completion is deleting my account, it is done. Now I can't log into my account.:xf.smile:

Is there still privacy on the domain? Does it show your personal info now? Gonna be hard to transfer if you can't access the Transfer Code, lol..
