Hi all,

I have a weird query and seeking guidance from seniors.

I have a seller account in namejet and sold around 15 domains in December auction.

I have a partner and domains were registered on our individual names respectively.

Out of the 15 domains , 5 domains were registered with my email I'd and remaining 10 domains were registered with my partners email I'd.

As the auction is over so the namejet team is asking me to transfer all the domains to enom so that they can be pushed to the auction winner account.

My partner met with a serious accident on New year Eve and is presently in icu in hospital and I am unable to transfer remaining 10 domains to my enom account.

Now if I don't transfer all the domains to my enom account than namejet team would naturally ban my account. Namejet team would be right on their part to ban my account but I am also stuck in such a issue that I am not able to transfer the domain even though I have no intention of not fulfilling my commitment.

I have approx $3000 in my namejet account from the sales made in December which would also be forfeited. I do not wish to get my namejet account banned so looking for solution.

Kindly guide what can be done in such a scenario.

Talk to eNom as they are a NameJet partner, and see what can be done.

Also talk to Namejet and provide them with proof of your partner being incapacited. Try to figure out next steps. I'm sure they'll understand and come up with a solution... At least I hope so ;)

Provide them air right evidece to this story, if they are human they Amy understsnd, but you have ruined their consumer experience.

The domains should be there at the start of the auction, to protect the process, they need to do this going forward.

The mistake is from my end so there is no denial on that part and I take complete responsibility of the same.

As I mentioned earlier they have every right to ban my account however the situation arose because of circumstances which are beyond my control so seeking suggestion for the possible solution .

I have informed them about the issue and waiting for response from their end.

In the worst possible scenario they would ban my account and forget the money in my account.

There is no solution other than honesty, and evidence.

They have to protect their platform for their clients, as they are going to take it as a bs reason the seller is backing out. Things happen, if you can provide documented evidence, I am sure they will understand from a human level. If you can’t then that sounds highly suspicious.

There is nothing outside of that you can’t do, there is no magic answer.

If you made and transferred the others saws, legally they can’t hold that money, and I doubt they would if this is the true reason.

I use namejet and they are easy and quick to respond - even over Christmas they responded within an hour or so. The only question I have is why would you share an account without knowing your partners email address. I get they're in hospital, but is there no way they can just tell you their details so you can get the domain transfers done.

Do a live-stream from the hospital for them maybe they'll understand?
