Payoneer Escrow Customer Acquisition

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
In our business it is all about customer acquisition and then, more importantly, taking excellent care of them. If your banker take a job across the street does that mean you move your account? Not necessarily, you need a compelling reason to move. We are extending our 50% off promotion of our already industry best escrow fees for new customers until the end of the year. Use this link when registering

https://register.payoneer.com/50precentoffpromo/

What else is new? Buyer initiated transactions and Buy Now buttons are now part of the system. Please keep those suggestions coming and thanks for your continued support. For any questions I can be reached at [email protected]

Happy holidays to all,

Brandon

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
It's nice to see company making efforts to accommodate customers. It would be nice to integrate Paypal as payment and payout options, do you plan something like that in near future ?

Kind regards

@BML. I'm not sure why you are expecting to transfer your risk with PayPal Payments to Payoneer Escrow? Look at it from their perspective. Why should they shoulder the risk of PayPal Payments being reversed?

Portfolio management?

Some people like the finding the domains and buying the domains etc but don't want to bother with the hassle of listing their domains etc and would much prefer to just pass their portfolio over to a trusted source like payoneer etc for a portfolio management fee of say a flat 10% fee per year on sales etc

Good call. Guess I am having an internal discussion tomorrow 😀

Really? So why they accept credit cards, you can easy reverse your credit card payment too. And if it's problem in payments ok don't accept payments but why not enable payouts to paypal, I am sure there is no risk there, or is it? Please enlighten me.

Can anyone detail how to get my bank account information added to Payoneer Escrow? I am on the https://pay.payoneer.com/accounts page but I only see "Not Yet Approved" on the Payoneer Payout Preference for USD. Have had the account quite some time but never could figure out where to add my info for consideration/approval.

You have to confirm your email address first. Check your email box, you will see an email with subject: "Confirm your email address with Payoneer Escrow"

Just had a Payoneer transaction, that took more than 1 week for funds to clear, and had to call up company to find out why. Both end, buyer and user experience were bad. Although we do not rate you on BBB, there's plenty of negative rating out there regarding terrible experience with Payoneer.

Sent a PM to find out what happened. That is certainly not the customer experience we expect at Payoneer Escrow. Please reply asap.

Thanks Brandon,

I did reply to PM, so I am going to reply here also just to be fair. Sometime things are slow which is understandable, but at a pace of more than 1 week, its not that understandable. From a payment processor that is.

Here's what I sent in the PM.

"
Sure, Payment ID 61641857
There's no listed phone number or support email, just a FAQ, which doesn't help.
The other party had to sign in to get a phone support, so I can call.
Both parties think Payoneer is holding fund for some reasons. More than 1 week maybe 8 days most.

Anyway, I don't think we will go through a payment process that takes that long, and we had to call to find out what's going on. But there's no number or support listed, what a headache! Not to mention the support, tells me I had to photocopy credit card, which I am really against, but heck...in the email it just say photo identification. There's a lot of problems I do not recommend Payoneer as a payment processor, I have nothing against Payoneer but from reading the reviews out there, and after my experience, I think they are there for a reason!"

Update:

I was asked if it was Payoneer Escrow or regular transaction. After looking at my bank account, I realized multiple charges, some canceled. So I wrote to Brannon I am going to share here to. Because it may benefit some people.

Here's what I wrote in PM:

"
I am the buyer of the domain name, the seller just sent a payment invoice. So it is a regular transaction I believe. But does that really matter? The point is I had to call to find out what's going on, and my credit card was authorized multiple times. I hope you people don't over do my limit as I will be bank charged.

Which doesn't even make sense why you do authorized charges multiple times. 1 last week, 1 this week, I don't know why, but if you people do it more often, I will go over the negative lines with my bank. Please do check out why and tell everyone.

I need an explanation why you authorized multiple charges ????. "

Thank you for the quick response. Can you please confirm this was a Payoneer Escrow transaction, I do not recognize the transaction number. The rules are different for the different services Payoneer offers. Best regards,

Brandon
