We need this one too guys

This guide will also help LLLL.com holders to understand more the value of their 4 letters .com based on how expensive the similar 3 letters .com are.

Current Observed Minimum Wholesale Price (regardless of letter combo) as of February 1, 2008:

3-Letter .com - $6700 (+ $300 since January 1, 2008 report)

But I consider their guide a bit old since they are not taking in consideration the emergenging countries that appreciate other letters and as we have run a poll here several times lately, the majority of people consider the letters U
and W to be Premium letters.

Just checked NameBio, and confirmed CIF.com has been recorded.

It appears it also sold on NameJet.com for $17,000 in 2010. @tonecas @Embrand and others had discussed that sale on page 85 of this thread HERE

@tonecas mentioned it was won for $17,001, but there was a nonpayment, and a secondary auction resulted in a $17,000 sale?

Then @Embrand mentioned it was once owned by Rochard Sorensen, who apparently stole a bunch of LLL.com's...

But surely he most have lost or let go of almost all his stolen names by now...

About five years later, in early 2015, it looks like CIF.com was offered for sale via Igloo.com HERE

Both DomainTools, and GoDaddy WHOIS show updated on October 26th, 2017.

DomainTools shows a listed for sale at $50,000 link. That link redirects to: https://sedo.com/search/details/?language=us&domain=cif.com

It's very possible the sedo for sale page and domatools buy link is leftover from a previous seller., and/or outdated I do not know what occurred, just referencing digital footprints.

Is anybody aware of a connection between Igloo and MediaOptions?

they seem the same, only with whois privacy.

that domain was strange. the owner (Dave Mills) was unreachable and the whois was set on the name of the IT company that managed the domain. I was able to reach one of the previous owners of the business that held the domain who in the meantime had recover the access to the domain, but decide not to sell it. a few years latter, before the domain went to auction on SEDO the WHOIS was change to supposedly the real manager and one of the owners, Dave Mills, with a gmail address.

UQY.com sold for 58,500 CNY which is equal to $9214

VZL.com Sold for 60,000 CNY which is equal to $9450

Both were in auction.

Kenny, I am currently not up to date on the current sale values but AFAIK the low is at $10k. But @TERADOMAIN seems to have seen lower prices in chinese market.
