This is a real catchy name. I think mid $xx,xxx upwards is doable.

Good luck!

Nice Name Mate. Hold this domain for some time don't let this domain go for wholesale price.
Thanks. I've had it for a couple of years now and there's no rush to get rid of it so I'll just wait for the right price.

Great category name. I am having a little bit of trouble seeing how it can be developed since the name is so specific.
Insurance Market sounds like an overview of the market. There is more people buying insurance than people researching the market.

I could be wrong though.

Warm Regards,
Chris

I think its a natural for a 'compare' type site - not as catchy as gocompare (hopefully no cheesy singers) or as clever as comp the markets / meerkats) but for someone with big budget wanting to launch a targeted competitor to those I'd imagine could be perfect and therefore agree with the advice from @asset.domains re a major player broker.

As an alternate strategy, I do know some people with software perfect for this to develop a multi-city / multi-national site and could ask them if they'd be interested in a partner-type deal, if you were interested.

Brandon, if you're hoping to sell it here, you're wasting your time IMO. Start calling + e-mailing companies that have the same keyword but not with .com. Or insurance bloggers, the problem with that is they already have a name and are less likely to buy it but you never know.

Brand name brokers want one word names that sell with a few tweets, an easy 20%. Domainers will offer you maybe $5k

I actually have begun developing this site into a 50 state compare site for health insurance, life insurance and ancillary products (both senior and under 65). I would certainly be willing to start a conversation and see if there is some synergy here or for anything else insurance related. It never hurts to network and if they have insurance software already, I may know them. Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for the advice. Im not looking to sell it on here but posting the name helps me get feedback and raises the value for a future potential sale. I agree that wholesaling this would be a huge waste.
