question Brandbucket problem, did it happen to you?

greetings, this is my history:
Win an auction here in NP of a domain which is currently on Brandbucket published. The owner transfered to me the domain through registar so now is mine. But he is not able to transfer from his brandbucket account to mine.
Did you get a domain previosly which was on brandbucket already published and got a succesful transfer from BB to another Bb account?
