A few days ago I found this link :

https://uniregistry.com/market/2/domain/yourdomainnamehere.comd=yourdomainnamehere.com&src=domaintools

and surprised me because i have never had anything for sale with domain tools or uniregistry, so i decided to contact Uniregistry like a regular buyer asking for price, and the answer left me surprised.

In the first response email the broker assures to speak in my name, besides that it offers my domain for a higher price than what I have set.

It is not justifying that the previous owner had the domain with them because It is not a machine that interacts with me, it is a person.

This is unacceptable.

Well if they get a buyer looks like they'll have to BUY IT NOW from your listing somewhere else.

This sort of thing is annoying, but if they payyour BIN, then I guess it isn't a problem. In some cases it could be a buyer who wan't to use them as an agent to simplify the purchase for him.

No bro..the business with order, try telling a buyer that you speak on behalf of Uniregistry or any other business without consent and you will see what happens.

That's why it's called private property, no public domain

That is their claim to fame-assigning broker whether you asked for one or not. The good thing is they were asking for more than you said you wanted.

Raise your. BIN or remove BIN entirely.

No, that is not good for me, in any case confusing for the buyer, and more expensive, I mean, more difficult to achieve the sale for me.

To clarify, you've not listed the domain in the Unireg marketplace?

So, based on the previous comment, the issue is not merely of assigning a broker to a marketplace listing but in fact Unireg brokering a domain that is not on their marketplace, was not assigned to them for brokering and which, they have absolutely no business of trying to associate themselves with. It's almost front-running a domain

Any chances you have the domain for sale on a marketplace that supports various so-called 'premium' networks? (like afternic and sedo for example).

If you have accepted such a promotion then your domain might appear on places you haven't even heard of with prices well over your set price (there was an old thread about that but I have no idea how to search for it)

Did you buy name recently? If so the previous owner may have forgotten to remove the listing, allowing for them to broker it without knowing that there is a new registrant. Try adding the domain into the uniregistry sales market and see if it tells you that it's already listed in another account. If so contact support and tell them to remove the listing. If you just send them a link to the Icann whois page for your domain they'll get it sorted pretty quickly, they have people on messenger 24/7.

Also, i send a complaint to the broker and he did not answer.
