What is pronounceable and not is often not so black/while, and people will disagree. I therefor believe you will not get "complete list".
One the other hand, it's not that hard to generate lists of what should work in theory. I did that to find pronounceable 5L's. You just basically use a C/V pattern, generate a list, and then move on to next CV pattern.
The best/easiest patterns to generate something useful might be:
CVCV
VCCV
VCVC
just only these 3 patterns would generate a total of about 45k "pronounceables".
