This thread is a central location to report domain name sales of any dollar amount.

As much information as you can include about the transaction is welcome, but at a bare minimum please include the domain name(s), the sale price, and whether you were the seller.

Good luck with your sales!

Nice sale. I use to see your reporting sale week in week out. Do you think you have more success by pricing low? On average, how many domains do you sell in a month and what's the average selling price?

Thank you

Yes to the first question at least stats say so in my case. Although once in a while i do have 4 fig sale but most of sales are at way lower price and i still find it fair because -
1. those are hand registered for few dollars so ROI is great anyway
2. they provide more volume which in turn gives more cash inflow.

average should be around 8 (hopefulyl it keeps rising every month) this of course excluding domians that i sell in reseller market like here at NP or at dfferent social media groups.
average selling price i think should be around 250 again cant say exact ( hand registered only)

Rain / Index / .com $499 BIN

Hand regged on drop in June

Sold via my Efty Landing page. Buyer clicked BIN and paid via Paypal right then.

Thanks @Doron Vermaat Currently The Efty platform is my 2nd highest sales in $$$ ((only Afternic is higher), However it is number 1 in net Revenue. Since there are no commissions and my only cost is my monthly subscription (for me $25/month) I have banked more dollars via the Efty Platform than the Afternic platform due to the Afternic commissions. But you gotta list them in both

Love to hear success stories like these - thanks for sharing!

Domain: H/E/M/P/S/Y/N/E/R/G/Y in king
Sale venue: EFTY inbound sent to Uniregistry broker
Sale price: $3500 net (after fees)
Purchase price: reg fee
This is an interesting sale bc I got an EFTY inquiry and I was on a trip. Decided to fwd the inquiry to Uniregistry broker. They actually dropped the ball and the sale was almost lost, so with the help of Escrow.com and my persistence for them to call the buyer a month latter I got paid. Meanwhile the Uni broker was emailing the buyer if they want to purchase other names, while I was NOT yet paid and the sale was not complete.
This is the last time I will ever use a broker again, and very disappointed with Uniregistry brokers.

Interesting, raise/co was sold on Sedo little before your sale for the same amount. Looks like different buyers tho. Could be that first sale triggered another one.

A big problem with brokers is when they try to sell other domains they are brokering to your client.

How do you know how hard they even tried to sell your name before pushing an alternative of their own?
