Just so you're clear, assault requires an injury.
Just to be clear, I literally posted the legal definition earlier, and you still can't read. Where did you get that it requires an injury? From one of the right wing blogs you read, are they trying to defend this?
"Sexual assault is a sexual act in which a person is coerced or physically forced to engage against their will, or
non-consensual sexual touching of a person. Sexual assault is a form of sexual violence, and it includes rape (such as forced vaginal, anal or oral penetration or drug facilitated sexual assault),
groping, child sexual abuse, or the torture of the person in a sexual manner."
But with your history of defending this type of behavior in this thread, doesn't surprise me you're still trying.
I've actually moved on from this topic, you're still bringing Bush assaulting women up for some reason. He already admitted it.
(Too lazy to quote a bunch of posts)
Accusations against Moore are most likely true. Why is is anyone giving him a pass? He was banned from a shopping mall for soliciting underage girls around the same time these incidents took place. I posted a ways back that I had reliable corroboration of the one girl's story.
Nobody paid those women. That's bullsh*t troll propaganda. If you think it's true, prove it,
Whether you like the lawyer or not doesn't make Moore any less of a child molester..
What any Democrat did or did not do doesn't make Moore an less of a child molester.
Life problems any of those girls later had after going through such an effed up ordeal as a child doesn't negate that he molested them.
If Moore WAS a Democrat, you'd be 100% convinced he did it and be all over him.
All of a sudden McConnell, who has supported 45 and the repub agenda all along, is the bad guy for speaking out against a child molester??? Maybe he has a shred of decency after all and this is a line even he won't cross.
9/11 had nothing to do with refugees and everything to do with Saudi Arabia. Why has that country been conspicuously left out of all of the travel bans?
Sticking a negative label on those with different viewpoints doesnt make yours right or theirs wrong.
Yeah, a lot of big establishment Republicans are speaking out, McConnell, Sessions, Ryans. This one is pretty obvious, they're going to let the supporting of Moore hang with the Bannon and Trump types. They're thinking ahead to upcoming elections or just being decent. Trump really can't say much on this based on his past history.
