Yes and no restrictions

@CakeCode - go back a couple pages in this thread for snippets about LCN. Plenty of us have used them with no apparent hassles. Oh except a nag screen for Auth Code that you have to click through (easy), and not sure if they can do bulk Auth Codes or if you'd have to do it one by one since you are doing a bunch.

Just tried rebel.com to transfer a .com to them, but the cart showed $9.20. There is no such thing as$5.50.

Will Rebel accept Paypal for transfer?

@tommy2004 @Yaffa - piffle, yes just tested and the transfer price for COM and CA are now showing $9, they changed the language stating the coupon is off the regular renewal price. The other extensions sale price stayed the same.

This is super annoying, Rebel has done this before, had a promo then it stopped working. The best action is to contact support and see if they will make a custom coupon for you. ALSO, Rebel is NOT at all a great registrar, am only using this offer because CO is $12.50 and next best is $23 so that savings is significant. Quick review - they have decent support, a bad UI, annoying gotchas around Auto Renew and Contact changes, and a time limit on transfer out Auth Codes.

For the $7 difference on 10 dot COM domains, you are likely better off just using LCN where there are fewer hoops to jump though. Sorry : bummer :

I connected with Paypal and choose Paypal in cart, however they still declined:

Well how irritating - you'll have to start a ticket to have them investigate, that for sure does not sound like how it's supposed to work. The only positive is they got back to me earlier in the weekend pretty fast, even though chat is away, they respond to tickets/email.
