No. Parking your domain refers to pointing your domain to a static page that contains ads, for sale info, or other info.

For example, if you register a domain at GoDaddy and do nothing, anyone that visits your domain will see a GoDaddy "parking page".

If you park your Domains then any visitor to that Domain will see Ads and if anyone clicks on the Ad you get to earn some money

parking, means changing your domains name servers to that of a ppc service (ie: ns1.parkingcrew.net), after you've been approved for an account.

ppc services pay domain owners for clicks on ads/ links within the webpages they host for you.

typically, parking is a free, but the provider takes a share of any income generated.
