Ad astra is latin phrase in common use worldwide, regged in all relevant extensions. Numerous brands, projects, slogans and businesses holds that name. I regged it before I had knowledge about the upcoming movie just because it is exceptional. Before registration I checked trademarkia and didn't find any obstacles for registration.

As long as its content isn't related to a specific movie (or any other TM), it is just latin phrase regged in cctld and therefore in same legal position as all other domains with same name across other extensions.

I put those links to emphasize that in the future this phrase will have even larger exposure and search volume.
