I remember reading on here a tactic of adding an email plan to a domain you are trying to sell and then using that email account to reach out to Endusers.
If those end users are trademark holders would there be a risk of URDP lawsuit by simply contacting them to say "hello"? via the domain you are trying to sell to them? but not trying to "Sales pitch" them right from the beginning?
I figured it would be a great way to have your emai opened.
like for example if trying to sell SBI Ripple Asia the domain RippleAsia.com?
would reaching out to them via [email protected] be a bad idea?
has anyone ever done this with good results?
